Intelligent B2B Marketing ... Sales Follow
Anti-Spam Policy

IntelliLeads is a permission-based email-marketing service and operates a no tolerance spam policy. IntelliLeads actively monitors Client import lists and emails going to large numbers of subscribers. Any client found to be using IntelliLeads for spam will be immediately terminated from use of the service. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at antispam@intellileads.com.

Every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link - those individuals who try to remove this link will be warned that they are doing so. If the link is removed or de-activated in any way, we will terminate the Client's account.

What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email.) It is generally defined as sending email messages to people who did not request it and/or would not choose to receive it.

Another aspect of SPAM is characterized by the inability of the recipients to remove their name from the mailing list. Sometimes this is done with forged headers so the recipient cannot reply to the real address, or even worse, the address is stolen from an innocent third party and messages return to them instead.

Using IntelliLeads protects you from sending email spam

IntelliLeads follows strict permission-based email guidelines:

Laws restricting spam

The laws vary from state to state so it is important to conform to the strictest standards. Also, there are various U.S. Federal Regulatory laws.

Take this spam test

  1. Are you mailing to anyone who has not explicitly agreed to join your mailing list?
  2. Have you falsified your originating address or transmission path information?
  3. Have you used a third party email address or domain name without their permission?
  4. Does your e-mail’s subject line contain false or misleading information?
  5. Does your email fail to provide a working link to unsubscribe?

If you answer YES to ANY of the above questions you could be labeled a SPAMMER. For more information visit The Coalition Against Unsolicited Email.
