 Yes, you only pay when we provide high quality IntelliLeads. IntelliLeads must meet a minimum of 5 objective criteria that make them superior to all other sales leads. You will not be charged for any leads that do not meet our 5 objective characteristics. All just send literature leads are free!

How much does it cost?
 Our service is among the most economical compared to other online & offline B2B marketing options for generating "ready-to-buy" sales leads.

There is a one time set-up fee for the participation level you select. There are three pricing levels SOHO, Small Business and Enterprise. We also charge per IntelliLead that is generated by our service. Are there any hidden costs?
 No. There are no hidden costs. We offer you the option of supplying your own prospect mailing lists either email or postal lists to contact your customer base You can also use a third party mailing house to supply Opt-In email or postal mailing lists. We will also arrange to manage the acquiring of a rental email or postal mailing list for you at 5% over the suppliers cost. We have no minimum prospect mailing lists purchase or sending requirements. NOTE: Third party suppliers may require a minimum purchase.

How many email campaigns can I send out? What is the incremental cost?
There is no incremental cost from IntelliLeads for sending out multiple campaigns. You can send out as many email or postal mailing campaigns, as you like. Obviously, any  additional mailing lists you would need and additional logistics costs like, post cards, printing, postage and etc. would be an extra cost that would vary by mailing campaign.

Creating & Managing My Campaign

What are the steps in preparing my IntelliLeads campaign?
 Once you have created your client account you are ready to prepare your mailing campaign.

  1. Set-Up a Mailing Campaign Profile (campaign name & description)

  2. Select Under What Industry Categories (up to 5) You Want Your IntelliAd to Appear at IndustryArchive.Org

  3. Select Your IntelliAd Type (article, application story, case study, market research, product/service, white paper)

  4. Upload your Company Logo (this can also be done latter if you do not have the right size)

  5. Select IntelliAd Color Scheme

  6. Select Mailing List Type and/or Request Mailing List Quotes

  7. Request Campaign Mailing Date

Finish by following the specific directions for your selected IntelliLeads Campaign Level.

Do you offer both HTML & Plain Text Email?
 Yes. we automatically deliver either HTML or plain text emails depending upon your prospects client mail settings.

What is the quality of your post card mailers?
 We offer standard 4 ¼” x 5 ½” and oversize 5 ½” x 8 ½” post card stock paper. You can choose between matte or gloss finishes and 2-4 color printing.

Can I use my company logo on my marketing campaign materials?
 Yes, you can add your company logo or image to your campaign materials. Our logo size requirement is 150 pixels wide  x 75 pixels high in a in JPEG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif) format.

If you have created your IntelliAd campaign, and are unsatisfied with how your logo looks, save yourself the trouble and hassle by having us recondition it for you! Besides resizing the logo, we also make certain that it is cropped correctly, in the correct format, and looks sharp and clean in time for your campaign mailing. All we need is a  file in JPEG (.jpg) or GIF (.gif) formats of the original logo from you, and we do all the rest.

Can I use pictures in my IntelliAds? What type & size can I use?
Yes. There are specific places in the IntelliAds where pictures can be displayed. Picture files should not be larger than 150 pixels wide x 75 pixels tall. Please make sure that ALL of your pictures are  in .jpg or .gif file formats, and the background colors should be either white or transparent to look their best. During campaign set-up you will be given instructions on sending these picture files to us. We can also resize and recondition picture files for you if required.

Mailing Lists

Where can I obtain prospect mailing lists?

Your Own Opt-In Email List:
You can upload your own legitimate, Opt-In, email mailing list. This list must from email addresses you have obtained from people who have given their permission to receive email communications from your company. We will verify your Opt-In mailing list by performing a random sampling of email addresses from your mailing list. At our sole discretion, we will delete your mailing list from our servers, if we are unsure of the legitimacy of your "Opt-In" email list.  You may not purchase & upload a third party mailing list to the IntelliLeads servers under any circumstances.

Rent a Third Party Opt-In Email List:
You may contact companies that will rent & send legitimate Opt-In or Double Opt-In email mailing lists on your behalf. You simply provide us the name and contact information of your third party Opt-In email list provider and we will coordinate all your mailing materials with them. You pay the third party directly. There are no additional charges from IntelliLeads.

Rent a Third Party Mailing List from IntelliLeads:
Email Lists: You may request us to attempt to obtain an Opt-In email mailing list on your behalf. When we do the work to find a suitable Opt-In email list for your target audience, we endeavor to obtain up to three competitive bids. We charge a flat 5% additional service fee that is added to the total cost of the mailing list you supplier you select. We purchase & coordinate your mailing campaign for you with third party suppliers. We have no email mailing lists of our own for purchase or rent.

Postal Mailing Lists: You may request us to attempt to obtain a postal mailing list on your behalf we  endeavor to obtain up to three competitive bids. You can obtain postal mailing lists directly from us with no additional service fee. If you select a third party supplier we charge a flat 5% additional service fee that is added to the total cost of the mailing list you supplier you select. We purchase & coordinate your mailing campaign for you with third party suppliers.

Can I upload my own Opt-In mailing list?
 YES, but it must be a legitimate Opt-In email list.

To upload your own Opt-In mailing list from your computer, follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Prepare your mailing list for upload in the following format:

  • File Format MUST Be Text
  • Do NOT Upload a Header Row
  • File Layout Comma Separated (e.g. below):

email1@address.com, First Name1, Last Name1
email2@address.com, First Name2, Last Name2
email3@address.com, First Name3, Last Name3

  1. Create a name for your mailing list like...West Coast Architects

  1. Upload your text file by clicking on the Browse Button to select your Opt-In mailing list file from your computer. Then click the submit button.

While we report on how many emails were: received, not received, bounced, or unsubscribed, these types of statistics cannot help you get sales meetings or make money for you. Why was I logged out of my Client Account?
We automatically log out clients from the IntelliLeads web site after 30 minutes of inactivity on any single page. We intentionally do this to protect your privacy & prevent unauthorized use of your account. To prevent unintentional log outs make sure to click "Continue" from time to time which will automatically save your work.
